There's no two ways about it — we're very proud of this wine. This wine was left on the skins for 30 days after fermentation, resulting in a dark and intense color. It features hints of cedar and oak, and layers of raspberry, plum mocha, and currant. Silky smooth tannins with BIG fruit flavors lead to a bold, lengthy finish. This Cab pairs well with grilled filet mignon, prime rib, or wild salmon on the barbecue.

Made with 100% choice Red Mountain grapes aged in new French oak. Dark, ripe fruit with nice weight, framed well by soft, silky tannins. Aromas of ripe cherry and blackberry, warm mocha, and a touch of grainy minerals. Pairs beautifully with beef dishes, grilled salmon, veal and lamb.
