2015 Let it Bee Red

This is a blend of 40% Cabernet, 30% Cab Franc, 20% Merlot and 10% Tempranillo. Made a little different this year, it is light and fruity, with a bit bigger finish. Pairs well with aged cheeses and light to medium meats. (Beef Stroganoff comes to mind!)
