2011 Let it Bee Red

BRONZE - NCW WINE AWARDS

This is a blend of 76% Sangiovese, 6% Merlot, 6% Syrah, 2% Malbec, 6% Cab Franc, and 4% Zinfandel. Chianti in style, with light color and body, it starts with ripe cherry and moves to a fruity mid-mouth. The finish of the beautifully fruity Sangiovese was improved by adding small amounts of the spicier wines, and we sure think it worked! It pairs well with grilled and spicy foods, as well as stands nicely by itself.


2012 Let it Bee Red

This red blend is light in body, with bright fruit and cherry in the nose. Composed of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Zinfandel, 40% Sangiovese, 10% Pinot Grigio, and 5% Petite Verdot, it pairs well with spicy and barbecued foods.
