2011 Malbec

This Malbec is intense in color and was aged in 50% new American oak. It opens to tastes of ripe fruits, including notes of plum, blackberry, and black cherry. It is creamy-smooth and ripe in the mouth, and finishes with sweet spices and earth tones. This wine is fairly food-friendly, and pairs well with roasted beef and game, braised lamb, sausage, mushrooms and other resonant, spice-laden foods.

2012 Malbec

Dark and almost inky in color, this Malbec is aged in 50% new American oak. Bright, fresh mulberry and raspberry, ripe spice and earth tones, with a fruity aftertaste. Enjoy with grilled steak or prime rib.
