1st Course 
Quincy Sweet Corn and Shrimp Fritters with an Aioli-Yogurt Dipping Sauce and Fresh Herbs

2nd Course 
Heirloom Tomatoes, Sliced Red Onion and Handmade Mozzarella with Brined Kalamata Olives and Capers

3rd Course 
Lump Crab Gratin with Crunchy Bread, Served with Roasted Beets

4th Course 
Lulu's Beef Bistro Tender with Mixed Mushrooms sautéed in Marsala Wine, Garlic and Créme. Topped with Garden-Fresh Vegetable.

5th Course  
Orchard-Fresh Apple wrapped in Dough and baked to perfection. Sprinkled with Sugar, Spice and Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
