Crab and Avocado Toasts

Local Apple on a Bed of Romaine, combined with our Roasted Sweet and Spicy Walnuts, Crumbled Gorgonzola with Honey, and Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette

3rd Course 
Gorgonzola and Pear Risotto with Toasted Walnuts

4th Course 
Salmon with a Warm Salsa of Bacon, Sweet Corn and Bell Pepper, served with Market Fresh Sautéed Vegetable and Long Grain White Rice

5th Course  
Key Lime Panna Cotta with a Drizzle of Honey and Cookie Crumb
