2012 Non-Oaked Chardonnay

The fruit for this wine came from our home vineyard on the south side of our Quincy property. Imagine a Chardonnay with no butter and no cream, that starts with notes of ripe pear, and has an almost tropical nose. Having not gone through a malolactic fermentation, it ever so slightly sweet and has a crisp, refreshing finish. It is a great wine for the patio or on the boat with friends, and pairs well with shell fish and smoked salmon. Or, better yet, serve it with smoked turkey for the holidays.

2013 Non-Oaked Chardonnay

This is a non-oaked Chardonnay with a fresh, fruity nose featuring ripe pear and green apple. Fresh and crisp to the palate. Enjoy it with seafood, roast chicken, and everything summer has to offer.

2013 Reserve Chardonnay

This is an estate wine made in 100% French oak with complete malolactic fermentation. Golden straw in color, with nice oak, butter, apple and pear. Great weight followed by a clean, crisp aftertaste.
